Using our site

Products, pricing & availability

Our products are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in colour, scent, and texture are natural and not defects. We try to display products and prices accurately, but cannot guarantee that every detail is error-free. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are added at checkout, and products are subject to availability.

Orders & payment

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs — and to limit quantities. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at checkout.

Shipping & returns

Delivery timeframes, rates, and our returns policy are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered to the address you provide.

Product use & disclaimer

Our products are cosmetics intended for external use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and our content is not medical advice. Always review the ingredients and patch-test before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including our name, logo, text, images, and designs — belongs to Rich Raw Raised Radiance and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our products and website are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law
